I was very impressed at the follow up call, communication, and the courtesy that Jisong and Mirnal had for my best interests. To be honest although i had my Lincoln Nautilus for the last few years, they were able to find my desired vehicle that has my excitement peaked. The transition from one vehicle to the next was ever so smooth compared to other dealerships that I have patronized. I got a chance to meet with Scott as well, and was extremely welcoming. The education session of the vehicle was helpful for the review of information.

Family members go there to look at a car. They get ready to make a deal on the car then get told by the salesman they sold it to the second person that got there. What has happened to first come first serve. What a joke this dealership is say there about there customers but do this shit. Would highly not recommend going there to buy a vehicle. He listen so well i was blown away that he addressed all my needs. Then I met Brittany in Finance, she was equally amazing with such great explaination and was able to get me great deal on vehicle i was interested in. Dealing with Christian was great. Was very attentive and helpful with navigating a 2026 bronco lease. I’m from out of town and a lot of our dealings were over the phone and even then it worked out perfectly.

My first experience with Capital Ford was great. My car had so many mechanical issues and all have been fixed beautifully. Mr. Darcey Prokopetz, Service Advisor has done a great job by following up, giving me an update on the status of the repair in a timely manner and reviewing with me at the end the work that has been done.
