Amar at Capital Ford Lincoln was professional, honest, understanding, and always quick to respond and solve any problems. He made my wife, my family, and me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Since it was an out-of-province purchase, he personally took me to register the truck and made sure I had the correct temporary permit and paperwork. Everything he told me was accurate, and he never pressured me into anything. I got exactly the truck and deal I wanted. Amar is an excellent salesman, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

It was quite an ordeal getting my vehicle, as it was initially sold while I had a deposit on it, only for me to be contacted later asking if I was still interested. I was happy to take it, and I've been very happy with the vehicle itself. Sales are sales, so I can't be too upset about that. The truck came with new tires from the dealership. I don't do a lot of highway driving, but I noticed a slight vibration on the Ring Road that would shake the passenger seat and shifter. I assumed it was simply due to the off-road tires, especially since it was my first time owning a truck and other work trucks with off-road tires that I've driven have had some vibration at higher speeds. I took the truck on its first road trip, driving approximately 16 hours each way to BC, and that's when I realized the vibration definitely wasn't normal. It became noticeably worse around 110 km/h. While trying to pass in the mountains at around 120 km/h, the vibration was severe. At 130 km/h it was genuinely concerning, and at one point I had to accelerate to around 140 km/h to complete a pass. The vibration through the rear of the truck was bad enough that, on the curvy downhill mountain roads, I was genuinely concerned about losing control. After getting home, I had the tires rebalanced. I was told that approximately 5 oz of balancing weight was required on each wheel, with every wheel being significantly out of balance. Rebalancing the wheels itself isn't a huge issue, but considering these were new tires installed by the dealership, I'm disappointed that they were that far out of balance in the first place. It is possible for a tire to slip on the rim and change the balance, but I find it very unlikely that this happened to all four wheels to the point that each one required approximately 5 oz of additional weight. I drove approximately 32 hours with the issue before it was corrected, and I'm concerned about the unnecessary wear that may have resulted. It also makes me question whether the wheels were properly balanced when the tires were originally installed, or whether the previous wheel weights may have simply been left in place. Overall, I'm very happy with the truck itself, but I was disappointed with the quality of the tire installation and felt this was something that should have been caught during the vehicle inspection or tire installation.

Christian Corpuz was a very enjoyable person to help with this experience! Between his expertise about cars and adaptability to finding things I prioritized, he made my experience finding my car go much easier and smoothly. Not only did he do a great job, he also gave me advice and guidance with ideas for vehicles and payment options. He more than pleased me and ensured my experience with him was great, I would recommend him over and over again!

We went for the initial maintenance and oil change. Staff Tyler was very much accommodating and kind especially for us who has bare knowledge about cars. The whole process took only about 2 hours, and we are very much happy to stroll the city afterward.

I truly appreciate the time he took to speak with me and address my concerns. Thank you, Mr. Jeff, for your excellent customer service. Very unprofessional service from the salesman, Rocky. He put me inside the trailer and then went outside to speak with other customers for over 15 minutes. He could have simply been polite and let me know that he needed to assist other customers, and I would have completely understood. Instead, he left me waiting without any explanation. It wasn’t until he saw me leaving that he texted me asking if I was still around. I found the whole experience very disappointing and disrespectful.

I had a very good experience when my Ford Edge was due for an oil change and break flush. A ford driver picked up my vehicle from my residence, contacted me by phone before and when he arrived to fetch my vehicle. Once my vehicle arrived at the service area, Jay called me and reviewed what the service plan was. Jay called me back to say an interior filter needed to be replaced and asked if I would like them to do that. Jay also asked if I would like a tire rotation. Once that was all completed Jay called me back and reviewed the completed services and processed my payment. The driver who brought my vehicle back dropped off my vehicle, came to the house with the keys and paper copy of my itemized service and receipt. And a bonus was my vehicle was cleaned.

Came in to look at this 2024 ford edge st line. That’s when I ran in to one of the salesman named Zubaer Abdullah. He was amazing to deal with and made me feel like valued customer and would 100% get an other vehicle from him and recommend others to talk to him if they get the chance.
