Called to discuss Fords 26S28 recall that is creating a safety concern for my family with downshifting happening during highway speeds. No options were given to remedy the issue and was told i need to wait for the fix to become available. My research is telling me this should be handled differently if its actively happening and causing a safety concern. Poor service from a dealer that I have bought two new trucks from.

We recently ordered a new vehicle at the end of February. The vehicle arrived end of May and we picked it up then. We got what we wanted this way. Salespeople were great to deal with. They let us know how it was going every step of the way and once the vehicle was made, we also followed it along the way. Finance didn’t take long at all! Vehicle was ready to go when we got there. Everything was super easy and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at buying or ordering a new vehicle!

The service was really good! I loved the shuttle accommodation because it was very convenient. I got picked up at my workplace when the service was done, and they were able to accommodate the emergency issues I had with my car. I originally had a scheduled service at Capital Ford, but when an issue with the flex pipe suddenly came up, I really appreciated that they were able to fix it right away instead of rescheduling it for another day. The shuttle driver was also very nice and friendly. Highly recommended!
