I had previously removed my 1 star review out of respect for the sales team that was fantastic to work with, however, the service department (the original bad review) can’t get away with this any longer. I have had nonstop issues with the service department failing to communicate or, quite frankly, just doing their job. It is exactly a month ago now that I went in for faulty sensors to be replaced. On April 12 I was told the sensors are in stock and they just needed to be painted. I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing so I called and was told they hadn’t sent them in to the paint shop yet. Well today is may 12 and I am still without the sensors and after asking to speak to the manager of the department is when I got a call back from the service team. Still haven’t spoken to the manager… insert Karen joke here.. if my count is correct, this is the 4th dealing with the service department since I bought a new vehicle in January of this year and I can honestly say that if you want the worst service possible then buy from capital ford Lincoln. Zero communication, zero respect for the customer and no accountability. It would be a severe disservice to the public to not at least write this review. If I’m feeling up to it, I will add the other experiences I had with them as well at a later date, but for now, this is getting to be too long.
One more thing, most of the 5 star reviews are because when you purchase a new vehicle from them, they pressure you into a 5 star review. They say anything but a 5 star review is a fail on whoever was helping you, so naturally a good intentioned person would want to help out their fellow humans and just give that easy 5 star review.

edit* I'm feeling spicy enough to tell another experience. The vehicle i got was a hybrid and hybrids have a seperate coolant reservoir for the battery so I was surprised to see that the coolant reservoir was completely bone dry. Naturally I call the service department and get it booked in. There was also a recall that needed to be completed at the dealership (a software patch) which I also got them to book me in for. They found no issue with the coolant that disappeared which to their credit, it is still going strong with their top up that they did but they said the recall was completed. fast forward a week and i call back because my vehicle is still saying its not completed. I was told it takes time for the app to update that it was done. Fair enough. However, it didnt actually get completed and after the couple weeks i was told to wait it out, it still didnt clear. So i called back again and was told that its actually not that big of a deal and i can just get it completed the next service i have.... the problem with what i was told is that the recall is to stop the vehicle from going out of park when its parked. so vehicles have been rolling away while parked due to this recall and i was told its not a big deal.... thats kind of a big deal for my insurance issuer and my neighbors... The worst part about all of this is that i still have more bad experiences i can share, furthering my duty to give a 1 star review. and that recall is still not completed!

Great customer service. My first time using Quick Lane. The location I went to is under renovations to their sales space but service rep gave me great instruction to navigate the lot safely and easily. Inside I met another helpful service rep who set, and the team exceeded, my expectations. Went for breakfast and the vehicle was ready before my meal arrived. Super efficient service even while staff are working in an atypical environment. For reference, I had 7K service (oil change, tire inspection). Will be back in another 7K!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great place to buy a brand new Ford vehicles. Zubaer is my trusted sales person with the highest quality of service and professionalism. I have been extremely satisfied how smooth the transaction was. I have bought vehicles from this dealership and they have always given me the best options available.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And I just want to add in this review, the following week after my purchase of the new 2025 Bronco Sport Bad Lands, my vehicle was scheduled for the undercoat protection. I have forgotten to schedule for a loaner vehicle and I had no choice but to bring along my 10 year old son and my 3 year old daughter. I was expecting to use their complimentary shuttle service but to my surprise, my trusted product specialist Zubaer had gone beyond the extra mile. He told me to wait for a while and brought a key fob for a loaner vehicle. I never expected that he saw I really need a loaner vehicle as there were no toddler seats in their shuttle service. I was truly amazed and grateful to him at the same time. And better, he loaned me the Bronco Sport Outer Banks. I was able to drive and experience another trim of Bronco Sport which was really amazing. I am very pleased and extremely satisfied with Capital Ford's team and particularly to Zubaer who has helped me a lot and provided the highest quality of customer service. 🫡

I have purchased from Capital Ford for years. I went there last week to look at cars and the Sales agent you paired me with started off by lying to me, then his incredibly desperate hyper attitude was off putting. I was bombarded by text and replied back asking him to stop or I'll report him to his employer and he continued to text. Worst experience I have ever had. I went to a NO PRESSURE dealership and ended happily buying a car. Shame on you for sticking desperate high pressure people on buyers. 0 star rating.

I’ve purchased a couple of cars from Capital and have been servicing my vehicles with them for the past 10 years. From sales to service, they have consistently delivered excellent customer experience—their standards have never dropped. I also own vehicles that I take to another German car dealer, and the difference in customer service is noticeable. Capital truly stands out for their professionalism and commitment to customers. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience at Capital Ford Lincoln. The staff were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I wanted to take a moment to share my amazing experience with Capital Ford.

Right from when I purchased my car more than 3 years back: the sales experience was truly exceptional specially mentioning Abhijit and Mirnal who ensured that all my questions were answered. The car purchase experience was very smooth and clear explanation about the features, details and benefits of the car were provided which I appreciate highly. My requirements were very well understood and addressed during the car purchase process.

Then comes the part of the after sales service through the car service department which has been an awesome experience throughout as well since the time I purchased my car. A special mention to Jai at the express lane service centre who explained about the service description very clearly at every step. It was looking like my car battery needed replacement, however, the wonderful service team including all the technicians involved checking my car updated me that my car battery is perfectly good but there was an issue with one of the terminal connections which was fixed, again Jai communicated me at every step of the car check and also I appreciate the service technicians providing the solution so quickly and seamlessly.

I highly recommend Capital Ford Regina for your car purchase and after sales service specially because such experiences stay with you always where customer is valued above and beyond because of the highly customer driven and focused team like Abhi and Mirnal in Sales Department and Jai in Service Department along with all technicians in the Service Department who check and know the vehicle so thoroughly in and out.
