Bought a brand new 2024 Ford Escape PHEV and the experience has been terrible. Multiple failed warranty repairs, weeks of delays with no communication unless I chased them, and now new issues like rattling doors/windows and a thudding noise right after getting the car back. Warranty doesn’t excuse poor workmanship and constant inconvenience.

I bought my car 23 years ago, all service has been done at the dealership. They are great.

Since I wrote this initial review it had been 23 years since purchasing my car. My car is now 26 years old and still going strong thanks to the staff at Capital Ford.
Each time I get my car serviced or have something done, the staff are quick to acknowledge me and help with whatever I need. Since I have gone here for the 26 years, they even recognize me when I come in.

I highly recommend these guys for all their friendly and professional service.

From the minute we walked in we felt appreciated and listened too. All of our questions were answered and we never once felt like we were being talked down too. When we were not interested in the type of vehicle we had originally came to test drive, both Jeff and Saul worked with us and found the vehicle that suited us best. Capital Ford showed empathy with fixing my Ford F-150 after two repairs reached the very high thousands of dollars. I very much appreciated that gesture as today not much is affordable and Capital Ford made sure to look after my best interests by discounting the bill so it was more cost efficient. Everything was A-1 service, top notch.

Very friendly and made my purchase short and seamless. Vehicle purchases usually take around 3 hours, with some wait time in between. At Ford it took 45 minutes and flowed from beginning to end with out stressful waiting in-between. All the sales team were in a good mood and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. It was a very pleasant atmosphere to be in. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I recently traded in my bronco sport for a brand new bronco. I was set up with Jon in sales and in turn ended up with David for financing. A super smooth and exciting process in every department. Everyone was super kind and welcoming. This was my second time dealing with Capital Ford and I will certainly be returning in the future!

There is constructiong going on at Capital Ford presently that makes it a bit confusing to navigate but the trailers are well labelled so not too bad. The service department was still fast and efficient and the service was scheduled and performed very well. Agents are friendly and helpful.

He helped me get out of an SUV that wasn’t right for me and into my Bronco, which has been an absolute game changer.
