Do not use their detail or service dept. bought a new suv, was asked to bring it back in as it wasn’t properly detailed, I told them it looked fine but they said just bring it in, after them calling me 3 times, we took it in. They used a cleaner and got it on the touch screen causing spots (they don’t wipe off). They then call me a few months later after they had an audit and realized they didn’t actually put in the tow package (which we were told was on back order but then didn’t hear back until they had the audit). Took suv in and asked them to do an oil change, which they did, but they couldn’t be bothered to reset the engine oil life, which I asked if they had. That was strike 3. They will not see me buying my next vehicle there (every 2 years) nor will I use their service shop. That place sure went down hill in the last few years.
