I came shortly after opening time so my wait time to get my truck in to be serviced was short. Whie it was a routine oil change, I asked them to check some other items on the truck. They confirmed that these items were checked and gave me a report on thrir condition. The whole servicing of the truck was completed faster than I expected so I had extra time that morning to complete the other, non-related, matters that I had to deal with. I will be coming back to Quick Lane for future servicing.

I just wanted to share my experience with Capital Ford. Kash in sales is amazing. From the inquiry phone call, to the test drive, and to the purchase, she looked after me and made the purchase of my truck a very positive experience. I had a few questions for her after my purchase and she was quick to respond and pointed me in the right direction. I also wanted to get a part replaced on my truck and the service advisor Darcy was great to deal with as well.
