Amy made sure I get the best customer services by calling and following when and reminding me that I needed an Oil Change and Servicing which tbh I had totally forgotten when my busy work schedule.
They picked up my Vehicle from home and got it delivered on a Heavy Snowy day.

I had my truck in for warranty work and they called to inform me of what they found. There was also a recall which the completed. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. I would trust Capital Ford for all my service requiremens
I urgently needed to take a horse to the vet and the day before my truck started to give me a concerning engine light. The people at the truck shop took my concern and urgency seriously and got my truck fixed and back to me in half a day. Sometimes thank you is all you can say but in this instance it doesn’t feel like enough! The people at capital ford don’t just care about vehicles, they care about the people that drive them and that was very obviously from my experience with them. Thank you!!
Tired of finding out things aren't covered and apparently now have a deductible on my extended warranty. Wouldnt buy here if you paid me. Plus tired of random things not working properly on my vehicle.

I had pondered getting another Bronco since the summer because I had the best experience purchasing my Explorer a decade ago but opted for a Jeep. Terrible decision. I hated that Jeep from day 1 and therefore only had it for 3.5 months. I couldn't wait to get rid of it!! Cue Capital Ford Lincoln - Brady & Brittany worked their magic and got me into a 2025 Ford Bronco - my original wish. They were thoughtful, kind, helpful, knowledgeable. If you're on the fence on getting a new vehicle or even a trade-in, see Brady & Brittany. You won't be disappointed! You'll ask yourself "why didn't I do this sooner?"
2nd attempt at getting recall work done through Ford. This time I booked my vehicle a month in advance to make sure they had time to get the parts. Show up for the appointment which I drove an hour away for only to be told after theyve had my truck in for an hour already that they do not have the parts for the recall. This should've been checked and verified that they had the parts prior to my appointment. If not, a phone call to tell me instead of me wasting my time would've been the courteous thing to do. Guess I will try a Third Ford dealership to try and get my recall done because I sure as heck will not be returning to this dealership ever again.
