I just wanted to share my thoughts about my recent experience with the dealership. I reached out on Tuesday, and we started my application Wednesday. They even did a hard check on my credit score, but now it's Monday and I still haven’t heard anything back. I will only get update from them unless I reach out to them first.
It honestly feels like they only prioritize you if it’s an instant sale. This whole process has been frustrating, and at this point, I don't think I’ll be going back.

I highly recommend Kash, she is an amazing sales agent for Ford. Not only is she approachable and kind, but has a wealth of knowledge from vehicle specs to post purchase needs. She made my experience (as well as my daughters who also bought a Bronco) extremely easy.
I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I went in with 10k and informed the sales representative that was my max. He had me test drive the “perfect ride for me” only to find out after that it was 18k and they won’t budge with the price. A waste of time dealership to say the least.

We bought a new Lincoln Continental from Capital in September of 2017. It's the second car we've bought from them. We love the cars, but we are blown away by the service! They are friendly, timely, and have looked after the few issues our cars have had, quickly and professionally. I've recommended them to family members and will continue to do so.
