Sent a mini video to help us view from a distance. Was quick to answer questions and made the experience enjoyable. Darren in finance was also very helpful, friendly and accommodating .

Huge shoutout to Tyler in the service department! I had some big issues and some small ones but he was there to help with the same enthusiasm for both. I got very prompt and clear communication every step of the way and he even went above and beyond changing out my key fob batteries when he noticed they were low. Thanks again Tyler, I'll be asking for you every time I need something at Capital Ford!

My friend had their dash worked on under warranty, I went with my friend to pick up their truck and noticed all the front seats weren't bolted down (mega dangerous!!), the seat bolts were sitting in the cup holders, and they wouldnt even offer an oil change for the headache, we could have both died if we got into an accident, I asked if they have "quality control" and double check any of the work leaving the shop beforehabding it to a customer? And they just said "they dont have time to double check every single job leaving their shop"... so clearly they dont have any quality control at this dealership, would never go back, and never reccomend to anyone to go here!!

I’ve been taking my car to Quick Lane at Capital Ford Lincoln for years, the staff are knowledgeable , they always explain what has to be done. Mike McManus was great to deal with , the repair was done quickly . I would highly recommend them.

I came shortly after opening time so my wait time to get my truck in to be serviced was short. Whie it was a routine oil change, I asked them to check some other items on the truck. They confirmed that these items were checked and gave me a report on thrir condition. The whole servicing of the truck was completed faster than I expected so I had extra time that morning to complete the other, non-related, matters that I had to deal with. I will be coming back to Quick Lane for future servicing.

I just wanted to share my experience with Capital Ford. Kash in sales is amazing. From the inquiry phone call, to the test drive, and to the purchase, she looked after me and made the purchase of my truck a very positive experience. I had a few questions for her after my purchase and she was quick to respond and pointed me in the right direction. I also wanted to get a part replaced on my truck and the service advisor Darcy was great to deal with as well. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend dealing with Kash. 5/5 for the team at Capital Ford.
