I recently traded in my bronco sport for a brand new bronco. I was set up with Jon in sales and in turn ended up with David for financing. A super smooth and exciting process in every department. Everyone was super kind and welcoming. This was my second time dealing with Capital Ford and I will certainly be returning in the future!

There is constructiong going on at Capital Ford presently that makes it a bit confusing to navigate but the trailers are well labelled so not too bad. The service department was still fast and efficient and the service was scheduled and performed very well. Agents are friendly and helpful.

I can’t say enough good things about Fred. From the moment I started working with him, he truly listened and understood what I needed, not just in a vehicle, but in life at the time. He helped me get out of an SUV that wasn’t right for me and into my Bronco, which has been an absolute game changer.

Fred was patient, honest, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He never made me feel pressured or rushed, only cared for. During a really difficult period in my life, he was genuinely a ray of light and showed a level of kindness and professionalism that is rare to find.

If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond, treat you like a person (not just a sale), and make sure you end up in the right vehicle for you, Fred is that person. I’m beyond grateful for his help and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The dealership as a whole felt disorganized and completely indifferent, but the parts department was especially bad. Dealing with Jeff Pretzer was incredibly frustrating. He was rude, impatient, and acted like helping a customer was the last thing he wanted to do. I can not imagine someone would hire him for the role of anything in parts.

I asked simple questions and was met with attitude and dismissiveness instead of any real assistance. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no effort to make things right. It genuinely felt like I was bothering him just by being there.

The entire experience left a terrible impression. Honestly, I would rather cut off my own leg than deal with someone like that again. If you expect even a basic level of respect or service, avoid this dealership and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

Just wanted to send a huge thank you to Sviatlana and David for the great service and overall experience this past weekend when at Capital Ford. From the moment we parked our car we were met with friendly greetings and a smile which sure helped us feel comfortable and made our purchase so much easier. I had an excellent experience at the Ford service center. The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They clearly explained what service my truck needed and kept me informed throughout the process.
The work was completed on time, and my truck was returned in great condition. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the great customer service. It’s good to deal with a team that takes pride in their work. I would definitely recommend this Ford service center to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
Capital Ford Lincoln in Regina has the worst customer experience I have ever seen, bought a new vehicle that left me stranded on the side of the road less than 6 months later and Capital in Regina couldn't even care to answer the phone or return my call. Didn't help before or after the terrible experience and paid out of my own pocket for the fixes and "updates"

I would like to take a moment for Amy & Jude,
For taking their time and delivering wonderful services.
Amy made sure I get the best customer services by calling and following when and reminding me that I needed an Oil Change and Servicing which tbh I had totally forgotten when my busy work schedule.
They picked up my Vehicle from home and got it delivered on a Heavy Snowy day.

Jude from quick lane also gave me updates time to time and made sure my vehicle gets the best care possible.

Thank you guys , Amy & Jude again for all the hard work you do.

New Ford vehicles and used vehicles of all makes. Bright clean showroom with friendly staff
I had my truck in for warranty work and they called to inform me of what they found. There was also a recall which the completed. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. I would trust Capital Ford for all my service requiremens
