I had pondered getting another Bronco since the summer because I had the best experience purchasing my Explorer a decade ago but opted for a Jeep. Terrible decision. I hated that Jeep from day 1 and therefore only had it for 3.5 months. I couldn't wait to get rid of it!! 2nd attempt at getting recall work done through Ford. This time I booked my vehicle a month in advance to make sure they had time to get the parts. Show up for the appointment which I drove an hour away for only to be told after theyve had my truck in for an hour already that they do not have the parts for the recall. This should've been checked and verified that they had the parts prior to my appointment. If not, a phone call to tell me instead of me wasting my time would've been the courteous thing to do. Guess I will try a Third Ford dealership to try and get my recall done because I sure as heck will not be returning to this dealership ever again.
I bought my 17 ford focus from here and also my 24 f150 I’m picking up today the people sviatlana helped me she was amazing gave me space and was not pushy to sell. And the finance manager Dave was amazing n wasn’t pushy either and very honest. they both did everything for me while I was working so I could come after work today and pick up my truck. Im so pleased again to have purchased my vehicle from capital amazing dealership with amazing staff and service.
Don’t bother coming here to get your car serviced. You can go to other shops for better labour. Had my car in to get serviced done the service charged me extra for labour that shouldn’t be charged for moving item to another. After an expensive repair didn’t bother cleaning out all the mess. I wanted to go back to complain but I don’t wanna deal with capital anymore you’d think with an expensive repair they think about doing the work properly but no all they care is money. Also manager at ql has an attitude. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, it’ll save you money.
Had a very good experience with Capital Ford Lincoln! Darcy explained things very well and shows me pictures of what he was explaining which helped a lot. The last 3 vehicles I had had are and have been Ford and I have been very happy with all of them!
I needed winter tire and rims for my half ton, I called everywhere else thinking that Ford would be the most expensive. I was wrong. I saved over $500 with Capital Ford and got Genuine Ford accessories. Curtis at service had everything In a day, and got me in immediately for service. Would recommend based on my experience.
My wife and I recently bought a certified pre owned Lincoln from Capital Lincoln. Our experience started with a friendly call from Aaron C, one of the sales team. He was very good to deal with. Sent a mini video to help us view from a distance. Was quick to answer questions and made the experience enjoyable. Darren in finance was also very helpful, friendly and accommodating .

Huge shoutout to Tyler in the service department! I had some big issues and some small ones but he was there to help with the same enthusiasm for both. I got very prompt and clear communication every step of the way and he even went above and beyond changing out my key fob batteries when he noticed they were low. Thanks again Tyler, I'll be asking for you every time I need something at Capital Ford!
My friend had their dash worked on under warranty, I went with my friend to pick up their truck and noticed all the front seats weren't bolted down (mega dangerous!!), the seat bolts were sitting in the cup holders, and they wouldnt even offer an oil change for the headache, we could have both died if we got into an accident, I asked if they have "quality control" and double check any of the work leaving the shop beforehabding it to a customer? And they just said "they dont have time to double check every single job leaving their shop"... so clearly they dont have any quality control at this dealership, would never go back, and never reccomend to anyone to go here!!
I’ve been taking my car to Quick Lane at Capital Ford Lincoln for years, the staff are knowledgeable , they always explain what has to be done. Mike McManus was great to deal with , the repair was done quickly . I would highly recommend them.
